What is the LIFE Foundation?

The LIFE Foundation is a nonprofit, public benefit corporation organized in the State of California. The Foundation has been approved by the State of California and the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit corporation.

The Foundation is governed by the Board of Directors and the Bylaws of the Foundation. The Board of Directors consists of seven members, each serving three years, but no more than six consecutive years. Each year two or three Board positions are filled by an election by the members.

An Annual Meeting of the Members is held each year at the Chi State Convention. At that time reports are given on the status of the Foundation, directors are elected and any changes in the Bylaws are considered for approval by the members.
