Biennium Goals

The Executive Committee set the following goals:

·      To increase participation in the Society by members at all levels (Chapter, Area, State, Regional, International)

·      To provide relevant programs that are the impetus for personal and professional growth

·      To encourage all members to build the skills and confidence necessary to be caring, conscientious leaders

·      To consciously articulate the Society’s Mission Statement and Seven Purposes

·      To consciously communicate how Chi State is fiscally responsible

The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International promotes professional and personal growth of women educators and excellence in education.
